It was my first time ordering new glasses online. I always just pick my frames at the doctors office and I now feel like I’ve been scammed my entire life 😭😂 the same glasses I ordered from Eyeconic would have been 3x as much at the doctors office with my VSP benefits. I have been converting to Eyeconic moving forward. The entire experience is as great. Even the wait to get the new glasses was as long as the doctors office takes.

Ordered contacts online. Said they would arrive in 10 days. I called Eyeconic 12 days later - where are they? Order was cancelled, no one notified me so waiting and waiting. Demanded they ship them immediately - nope, could not help. Ended up ordering from 1-800 contacts & I had them the next day. (Cost more, but 1-800 contacts service is 1,000 times better & you'll actually receive the product!). Eyeconic sucks.

It was easy to order and easy to apply insurance benefits.

Ordered a pair of glasses. Shipping time was 2 weeks which is kinda long but whatever right? Found out 4 days after ordering when they got around to processing that the glasses aren't available. What do they do? Offer me a different pair? No. They send an email telling my in 24 hours they'll cancel my order. Then I have to wait a few days for my refund. Then I can place a new order for a pair of glasses. The best part? They even warn me in the email that the site has glasses that are unavailable but it takes time to update. So I get to wait another week just to gamble on their site to see if the next pair I want is in stock or not. The best part? I reach out to their support team and the best they can do is mark my account that next time I order I can call and ask them to remove the shipping cost if I order faster shipping... Meaning I have to spend more money and then they can offer me a bit of a refund for faster shipping that is about 2 days faster based on their estimates when ordering. Absolutely useless.

I might have picked a frame too large for my face, and it seems the center of the lenses is a bit off. But that's on me I think. Getting used to the new glasses but that was first thing I noticed. Never had that before with a new pair, where vision was a bit skewed. My wife thinks they look great which helps a lot. Plan to stay with this pair and be more attentive next time. Maybe just a characteristic of wider lenses which are new to me. Great fit and very comfortable. Solid clear frames. Thank you.

Asked for my official prescription to check in with the doctor, no other online glasses site has done this! The PD measurer is very helpful, I wish there was a way to access it for others!
