Worst return experience ever. Supposedly they never got my return even though it was scanned with their UPS label at the UPS store which they should be able to check. I didn’t find out until months later when I tried to order a new pair and my insurance was declined since it was used on the order I thought was returned. Now I’m out the cost of the glasses and can no longer use my insurance discount on a replacement pair. Customer service was rude and told me to find my drop off receipt (which I obviously don’t have for months ago).

It took a little to get my glasses but utilizing them made it way cheaper than going to an local eye glass store.

User friendly, affordable, always dependable and accurate, and delivery has never been late.
