Ordered new glasses on 1/12/2024 and paid extra for overnight shipping when ready. Got email the day before they were supposed to be delivered that they didn’t have the frames and were canceling my order. It took them 9 days to realize that.

Ordered glasses and didn't have my prescription at the time of my order. Uploaded my prescription to their website within the 7-day timeframe before order would be canceled and received a message "We are processing your prescription." Received an email 2 days later my order was canceled because I didn't upload the prescription. Called them and talked to a customer service rep who said he understood the situation and would have a manager call me back and actually indicated sometimes they have issues with the prescription uploading and recommended emailing in the future. One week later I finally heard back from a manager who didn't acknowledge the issue and said that there was nothing he could do, I'd have to submit a completely new order. I logged on tonight to place a new order and the frames I ordered are no longer available. If it wasn't for savings due to my insurance, I wouldn't be ordering from them and now I may just go elsewhere regardless.

Glasses fit nicely & I knew they would look good because of the virtual try-on.

I don't like that they only have name-brand frames which inflates the overall cost. My insurance covered some of the cost, but even with insurance, they cost nearly the same as glasses I bought from a different company without insurance. My prescription and lens choices didn't change. It's also been over a month and my glasses still haven't shipped. I ordered another set from a different company about 2 weeks after I ordered from Eyeconic and the other company has already shipped my order.

My order went up two times for pricing. From $35 to almost $100. Then I got a cancellation notice then i got a UPS tracking number, then another cancellation notice. One of them stated there was a system glitch and I needed to re-order. Then another shipping email as I watched it in route to my house.

Ordered prescription sunglasses using VSP insurance. Eyeconic verified script with doctor and still sent the sunglasses with no prescription lenses (just how I could buy them off the shelf). Now to wait another 2-3 weeks to return and hopefully receive the correct sunglasses. Hope this doesn't mess with the warranty.
