I have never had a worse experience ordering online. This company does not allow changes or cancelations of any order. Their customer service doesn't speak English well. And they consistently chose not to help me in any way. I contacted them directly less than 1 day after placing my order online to ask them to adjust or hold my order -- I had entered the wrong prescription. After their customer service rep CONFIRMED my order would not ship until I gave them my updated prescription, they shipped out the order anyway a full 4 days later, against my wishes. No one apologized, no one said they'd made a mistake. In fact, they doubled down, saying it is not possible to change or alter any order, even though they literally confirmed they would not ship it a full 4 days before it shipped. Now I have received the wrong contact lenses and I have to go thru the whole process of printing a label and making a special trip to the post office and standing in line to return this package. Worst of all, when I tried to place a new order for the correct prescription, their website refuses to accept my insurance because it thinks I've already applied my insurance once and that's the limit. Absolutely incredible that this company is in business. They've failed at every single step of the way. More accurately, they had the power to help me, but they consistently chose to not help me. This company absolutely does not care about meeting good (or even basic) customer expectations.

I'm not sure my lenses are correct. Im giving it a few more days to see if my eyes get used to the glasses
