Just completed my move and worked with Shawn to get it started. He was very patient with me while I was trying to coordinate new housing, storage etc. Sergey was the actual mover and he was phenomenal! All of my boxes and belongings made it to their new home without a hitch! Would definitely use them again!

I highly recommend this company. I worked with a rep named Christian. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me all of the charges included foe the entire move from Florida to Texas, the movers arrived on move day and were very professional and the overall move quality was top notch. Skip this company. They lied about almost every facet of our move. From guaranteed delivery date—this was assured to us until move in day when it became “not possible” and “was just an estimate and we’d been undercharged for a service like that” I’d skip them, the good reviews here look like AI trash created by a slick marketing company. Don’t show Google/yelp/ any other reviews on their website and have no social presence. Take that as a sign they don’t want feedback reaching potential customers. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable local company that will properly measure your things and give an accurate quote. This place look great from the website but other than that—pretty terrible what they put people through. Once they have their non refundable deposit they’re happy though and on to the next one. Seems like once enough bad reviews pop up company name changes and they just start a new site with more fake AI reviews. Pretty lucrative scam they have going. Reply to the reply: More lies. Our move in date ended up being 3/21 a full 5 days after the guaranteed delivery. They’re even dishonest here to try to make themselves look better. A plant does not take up 628 cubic feet. That’s a whole studio apartment. Our furniture and boxes matched the quote. These guys have estimate software designed for a low price and to get a deposit. Like I said initially: save headache, go with a local company that measures your stuff, and if a price sounds too good to be true it usually is. Skip them.

Thank you Nick for your review of our company. We value all the reviews from our clients, good or bad. However, the review has to be justified and made by the client themselves. At first glance we didn't find you in our system as a client. Upon digging deeper we found out that the review is in regards to a move we did for your girlfriend, Courtney, who is the only person we spoke to in regards of estimating the move and gave all the details to. You were not at all involved during any communications, so we feel your points aren't completely accurate. But let me take a minute to address your concerns. When we initially spoke to Courtney, she asked us about next day delivery and we informed her that for moves going over a certain miles (she was moving over 500 miles), the only way we could get her next day delivery is if she books a full dedicated truck for her move, but she opted against that since she said her stuff won't be enough to justify paying for a full truck. As per the law we are required to provide a delivery window as a broker, which we did and we met that window. We gave her a pickup window of March 13 or 14. We got her picked up on the first day of the promised window which was March 13 and delivered her on the 16th. In addition, for any future moves you make, please keep the following in mind, before putting the blame on the company. 1. We must receive an accurate inventory of the items being moved in order to give an accurate price. 2. Moving live plants is not something that is typical in a household move going 500 plus miles. On the initial estimate we explained to Courntey "Our actual client" that if they were in boxes we would not open her boxes and it would work with in the cubic feet alloted, these plants were not in boxes upon arrival to Courtneys move. When she insist on moving live plants her price will be effected because they require additional space. This was a big reason for the additional 628 cubic feet needed to complete your move as plants cannot be stacked. 3. As explained in our contract in BOLD letters, the price is subject to change when additional space is needed for the additional items the price will adjust accordingly, which Coutney needed because she had extra items/ items that were un stackable. We give all clients the option to move these items or leave them behind. Courtney "Our actual client" requested to still have these additional items moved. 4. As far as guaranteed deliveries are concerned we always will tell the clients the legal window which is required to be on every DOT licensed and registered company's contract. We delivered Courtney on Sunday March 17 (3 Days after the pickup took place as the day of pickup is not included in the window). We explain all of these things during the estimate process as well as the quality assurance call given to our clients a few days prior to the move. Neither of which you were involved in. All clients have the chance to request additional services/space on this call to receive an updated price prior to the pickup, we were told no additional pieces other then Bike which fit in the cubic feet allotted to you as we always reserved extra space for these circumstances. We have reached out to Courtney to come to a resolution.
