I've been trying to find the best place to put my review online because there is an employee that needs to be noticed. I have been staying at the Monrovia extended stay hotel for about a week now. Not only was I welcomed with a clean and fresh room, I was welcomed without standing customer service staff. but there is one employee in particular that I would like to be noticed. And that would be Gabby. Gabby is amazing!!!! I called down this morning with a migraine to ask if I could have an hour extension, and Gabby answered the phone telling me good morning and using my name. That was the most refreshing and the warmest wake up call I could have ever gotten. Gabby is so polite with everything she does. Her aura is such a calmness that most people could never get to experience. But Gabby's aura is addicting because of how comfortable and kind and gentle she is. She is phenomenal with my dog who has some skittish issues. but Gabby was so calm and sweet to her and made her happy and make her feel comfortable as well. So thank you thank you thank you thank you Gabby for everything that you have done for me here to make me feel so comfortable. You rock and definitely deserve to get noticed for your superb customer service. Thanks again Gabby and thank you again Extended Stay America.

This. Is my first get away at this hotel and I love it clean hotel clean room and I enjoyed the stay Alexander was very nice and welcoming us nicely I will definitely coming back here again thank you Alexander

Outstanding service by Jorge and Dan to solve a problem after checkin at 5620 Major Blvd. in Orlando, going above and beyond to ensure for a happy returning customer. Great property, quiet, all staff wonderful. If there is a Spirt of Extended Stays, Jorge and Dan qualify. Great work.

During my stay at this hotel for a month and a half this very staff and managers made my stay feel like home. I'm sorry if I can remember everyone's name but manager Aswanee and Kia. The lead housekeeper and maintenance the tall gentleman with the dreadlocks but all housekeepers definitely play the part and hopefully I can join your stay again sometime soon in the future thanks again love always maybe and maybe hopefully I can join the team again

This was the greatest experience I have ever had in Austin! Front desk was amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. We are sure to be back for our business trips and meetings as a s business owner I recommend this as a temporary home away from home over all others. Thanks front desk!! Jacobsladderelectrical

Extended stay of America has been a good place to live. The staff is very courteous and the treat u with dignity & respect. They're service is good & room comfortable. On a scale of 1-5. I would give Extended stay America 2-26 West, 450 Gracern Rd a perfect score..

Naperville Illinois East location. Likes - Clean, well appointed, very helpful staff, great location, a lotta bang for the buck. Dislike - expensive coin laundry I have stayed at other ESA properties and have been disappointed with the staff and lack of attention to detail. The properties are physically pretty much all the same. This one is a credit to the manager and his staff, they are all invested in making this a great place to stay.
