Extended stay America has been amazing, we lost our home in 2020 and Dallas Richardson has Ben kind and helpful as we transition out of poverty and into prosperity. Good news 📰 is now we were approved for a new apartment and we are able to move in before Christmas 🎄! Thanks Extended stay Dallas Richardson for making life easier! (Chad / Yvette)

The staff and management at the LAX Sepulveda Extended Stay America were awesome! Very helpful and accommodating for me and my son and dog. Rishona, Leanna and Richard all contributed to making our stay in Los Angeles comfortable and productive! Ty you guys. Michele T.

I love staying here. The staff, Keisha, the manager, and Sheneke have been very helpful I. Making sure my visit here is comfortable. The housekeeper, Sheila Hunter is the best cleaner I’ve ever experienced. She makes sure my room is well sanitized and very clean linen. I would recommend a 10. Thank you kindly to the staff members.

I'd like to leave a review about Extended Stay in Reston Virginia. I'm doing this voluntarily because of the service provided there. Despite some unsavory characters surrounding the building pretty often, and some of the guests, the service is terrific. The staff which I will not mention names out of respect for their privacy is overall exceptional. The front desk is always professional and timely. The cleaning provided is never pushed on you or likewise ignored. Sometimes there are issues with the TV connection or fire alarm and other structural matters like a poor refrigerator (although adequate). However, they do keep the rooms clean if requested and the supplies offered are very adequate. Mostly this is about the staff as they do a great job keeping the guests rooms apart for privacy, being available at any time, and going out of their way to help anybody no matter the difficulty given to them. I would even recommend this to colleagues, who may be in a difficult housing situation and need a place to stay for a couple months. The prices are pretty adequate. I've been to several locations and id say Reston stands above the others. Good on the crew there. Michael

I am a 60 year old contractor and have been all over the USA. Extended Stay America has always been my Hotel of choice. I am very happy with this Hotel chain. Though all the staff that have catered to me, there is one that stands out. Highly motivated, attention to detail, kind/courteous, and incredibly friendly. Her name is Noelani. She works at the ESA in Sanantonio airport. Given my experience as a professional, I highly recommend her for a higher position. She has what it takes, and in my experience, a true professional!
