Extended Stay AmericaReviews of extendedstayamerica.com

The Extended Stay in Overland Park Kansas off of Metcalf is one of the best Extended Stays that I've stayed at in a long while, Very clean, vending machines are stocked well with a variety of items at a reasonable cost. Hence, the customer service team is wonderful yet, respectable and courteous, I mean if I could take this team with me when I go on every trip, I would do so. Great Job extended stay for hiring such wonderful and humble personnel. AKA always an extended stay customer indeed. Beth

So far everything has been clean.

Great Place to Stay!!! This is our second time using this hotel. We are at the Sterling location, and the staff and management are wonderful!!! We did have a couple of problems with our room and maintenance (Leo) was here ASAP. The General Manager Shazia and her staff including Housekeeping have also been great! Will definitely keep coming back!!!

I stayed in the Extended Stay America in Arcadia, CA, for a year and was very pleased with the place. The housekeeper Tracy was especially amazing because she always did an incredible job cleaning my room and was super friendly and nice to me. She gave me a hug when I was on my way out last November! Also, Patty at the front desk reconciled billing issues for me promptly and was always friendly and so was Angelica on night shift. The maintenance man came and hung up a greenscreen for me which was not in his job description! Great!

I have totally enjoyed the stay at 4101 Equity Row, Orlando Fl location. The staff was warm and very professional. A. Mills

Long-term stay as I have lived here since August of 2020. Love it, obviously. It's a great little studio for someone who no longer wants to deal with owning a house or renting/furnishing an apartment. The deal is sweet because utilities, cable and Wi-Fi are part of the package. AND if you happen to hate snow, underground parking is a total bonus for winter. The complimentary continental breakfast is once again being served!! And the managers and staff are very friendly and always available to help. Oh, it's pet-friendly!

Great place great service everyone is friendly and helps out a lot Hannah which is a front desk person goes above and beyond along with the rest of the staff you left alone and not bothered but your needs are taking care of
