Dirty! Our fridge wasn’t working and had water in the crispers and the bottom of fridge. Microwave was disgusting it was so dirty. The iron spewed brown stuff onto a new shirt I was going to wear. There were cob webs in corners, dirty windows, found a sock under the bathroom counter that looked like it had been there forever. The kitchen floor was the worst. I don’t think it had EVER been mopped! I did it myself using paper towels. Coffee wasn’t even ready by 6:00AM. I borrowed a my sons vacuum and got 4 bags of dirt, the I had to clean his vacuum. The “safe” entry door was left ajar with a stick so anyone could come in at anytime because most of the time the door key would not work. We didn’t have a full box of Kleenex when we arrived and ran out. We asked for more but was told no, use toilet paper. We were supposed to stay for a month but left one week early, we couldn’t take it any longer! There’s more I could write, but I think I’ve made my point. Look around and find something else!

ESA Maple Grove MN. Room cleaning is sketchy. Just toss out the schedule. Help is rude. I wonder if they know that the only reason they have a job there is BECAUSE of people renting rooms?

I assume Extended Stay America is a franchise and if so a very poorly run franchise. We recently stayed at 5620 Major Blvd Orlando hotel not to be mistaken with the one two doors down. This is easily the worst hotel I have stayed in. We arrived thinking the hotel had a pool but were advised it was the other hotel 2 doors down and “No, you can’t use it” despite it also being Extended Stay America. You are welcomed into a dirty reception area with washing machines spinning dirty washing behind the desk. The receptionist lacks any charm. The lift up to the room is filthy and when you get out things get no better. The corridor is dark and smelly as you walk by a door labelled Trash Room. No doubt this was better than our bedroom but I dared not look. The room had a small double bed with bed covers which barely covered the surface with no one in the bed. Add two adults to the bed and the covers no longer fit. Similar could be said about the curtains, when drawn there was well over a foot gap which allowed the car park lights to flood in all night. The WiFi sign in would not work but all you had to do was phone a help desk except the phone didn’t work. The room would not get serviced unless you paid $25 per day. If you wish tea/coffee in the room you have to go down to reception to order a coffee machine and mugs. No coffee or tea is provided Breakfast was uninspiring, after 3 times toasting the same piece of bread it was still not toasted. There was cereal but alas they had no milk. “The supplier was due to arrive soon”. Have they never heard about buying some from the local store if they have run out. We had booked in and paid for 3 nights but were happy to lose our money and moved out after 1 night

NASA space Center extended stay is by far the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in..the "manager" has run it into the ground..garbage everywhere inside and out fleas In most rooms ..somethings broken in each room and their manager Victoria Hernandez is a liar the if and a coward..run fast..dont look back..staff was great especially no kids and asst mngr brittney..victoria is a liar and never there..staff called corporate on Victoria themselves and has yet to receive a call back..place is getting dirtier daily..victoria Hernandez needs to be fired immediately and Brittney the asst manager should be the one to step into her spot..victoria is a joke..find out if Victoria Hernandez is still the GM b4 u book a room..if she is don't book..go to the one on bay area Blvd a fewmiles away instead

If I could give them a negative rating I would! Stay away especially on hwy 55 and hwy 54 they are the worst! Rooms are dirty! House keepers still out your room! Blankets and sheets never clean! Darrell the night attendant is very rude and disrespectful and think it’s ok! Rates aren’t what’s promised

The extended stay in Lewisville Texas charged me for a room I didn’t even stay in and that they supposedly canceled the reservation for. Front desk people are extremely rude. Treated me like I was dumb and tried to say they didn’t charge me until my bank called and their corporate people called, then they finally admitted to it. Also said I didn’t show up when I definitely did and have witness. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t ever stay here.

When we first checked into the hotel the employee was not helpful at all. The room was decent. Their “free” breakfast is instant oatmeal packets and they don’t give you hot water or a microwave to heat up any water. Their coffee creamer was expired, so coffee stay away!

Worst customer services ever seen .. currently staying at German town west in Memphis. First morning went out for breakfast at 8am, got told at 8am they dont have any.. no reason or excuse. Then no coffee, I asked if she could fill it up but a customer came to check out and I was then ignored.. I gave up in the end. Utter useless! Can I change hotels!
