Patience+Polite+being ignored=FRUSTRATED+DECEIVED=ME If I could give a zero i would! I did all I could to avoid coming to this site, any site of bad reviews for that matter. I stayed at the Extended Stay America spruce st tampa. The room was full of bed bugs and the human crabs!!! Yeah how disgusting and nasty is that! Well the hotel staff gave us instruction on getting a refund, only months later find out someone is not telling the truth about our refund and the incident!! We requested a full refund, because we most definitely checked out!! We were given the run around for about 2 months now and no one seems to know whom to talk to when problem of this magnitude come about.. Trust me I do but these greedy people, don't do good business. This is a very crucial matter and they choose to lie about or ignore our easy request. I will not be ever staying at any of these hotels nor use price line, which is connected to Agoda, but based in china! My review could go into detail, easily, I just want my REFUND!! I definitely do/will NOT recommend any one to stay at any hotel linked with Agoda! Book your hotels, resorts or motels DIRECTLY!!!!! And now the bedrock is $58.....Everybody got paid!!! Laughable but I am NOT!!! Do these people work for the company? hhhhmmm. The rooms are not clean, the stoves do not work, they have ants running rapid (dont lay your food out). Besides the bad stay, the staff is the most unhappy and unfriendly people I have encountered in a hospitality environment, you all dont even vacuum or clean the rooms unless someone leaving!!

If you’re looking for an over priced ghetto hotel stay here. 2nd night staying here there was 2 roaches one in the bathroom and one on the bed , we had to switch rooms later to find out that there was ants all up on the counter. Very rude employees. Would NOT recommend

As a writer on the go I usually choose ESA (Extended Stay America) due to the amenities which allows me to feel an at home environment. I decided to lodge at ESA North Central 8221 N. Hwy I-35 Austin, Tx. 78753 Location. upon initial arrival the staff were all kind courteous and professional. However after a few months of temporary residency I began to notice a sharp decline in services and the staff were leaving or being let go "Allegedly" This change opened a portal of Chaos on the beautiful and once peaceful location. late nights turn into a haven of addicts, prostitution, and constant police presence, arrests and an occasional fist fight boisterously loud throughout late hrs. Management at this location recently changed over to New General Manager namely "Dell", whom seems to making great strides to turn this horrible circus around. There is of course a Bully Task force agent (Manager?) Namely "Christopher" who occasionally makes his way around to every door removing "Do Not Disturb Notices from Guests doors. I heard him say he don't care if the guest don't like it. He has certainly proven to be a real piece of work as I witnessed his mistreatment of other employees. In stead of focusing on making the property better like GM "Dell" Christopher (Task Force Dude) appears to have a Bully minded energy and unfriendly approach to guests relations and hospitality. I am writing an article regarding my ESA Stays across the USA. and this particular location will be highlighted for sure. I highly recommend not staying especially during this COVID-19 out break I rarely see staff wearing Masks if ever and some staff say they absolutely refuse to wear masks and are Not afraid of Covid-19. This poses a serious health crisis and can lead to serious legal ramifications. I give this location 1 Star for Now.

Worst experience ever! Stay away from this place!

I wouldn’t stay at this location because people are fighting, smoking marijuana, no hot Water and rude service I paid up through Thursday and the manager told me she gave me credit for 2 extra nights and now I’m having to check out on Saturday morning instead of Sunday like I was told they don’t know how to run a business here

My wife and I stayed at the Extended Stay Copley (OH)-East in December. While previous stays at this property were enjoyable, this time the new Site Manager made the stay unbearable. She was rude and inconsiderate to not only us, but several other guests. We all left. Additionally, the Assistant Manager and another Front Desk employee quit during our stay because of the Site Manager. I subsequently filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Extended Stay America Corporate in Charlotte, NC and the site's Property Management firm, Sandpiper Hospitality.

Stained mattress, spot on the lamp shade, many spots on the chairs, stains on the rug, when using the shower the bathtub fills up with water (slow drain), and the room smell like smoke. After checking out of the room, several days later my clothes and EPAC machine still smell like smoke.

The 13505 North Frwy Houston Tx love the morning staff but it's one lady on the wknd shift so rude and disrespectful She had a attitude when I came up to the desk maybe because I enterupted her call which she wasn't supposed to be on the phone anyways and when I was asking for the things I needed she just walked off didn't let me finish rolling her eyes I don't appreciate that kind of service been here a month and she the only problem 😉
