My complain is to express my "DISCOMFORT" for non compliances of hotel smoking policy. It is absolutely terrible here, "unbreathable" at time for the smoky air you have to breath. Constantly, You don't believe me, go to ANY extended stay hotel, and you'll likely find the same standards. I have complained to the front desk on several occasions, mention it to the GM as well. Nothing! enough is enough! Why should I pay for a smoke free room, and my room is smoky from other people smoking. If the hotel is suppose to be smoke free. Let it be smoke free in the rooms. Why does the other residents have to endure the second hand smoke from others. I got nothing against smokers, but when we paying the same amounts, and the rooms are SUPPOSE to be smoke free. That's a problem! The staff at the hotel seem to be wonderful, and take care of matters. I have had other problems, but hopefully they was resolved. My car got hit in the parking lot. My debit card was signed by a front desk worker (not me, the front desk). I had a dog to pounce at me once coming upstairs. The residents are constantly urging, fussing and you can't sleep at night because of other folks noise. I normally don't write reviews, but I have had enough of this. This issue of smoke free.... NON SENSE... GM's and Regional Supervisors make a surprise visit up and down the hall ways of any extended stay. You will see and smell for yourself, it makes no sense at all. SO, I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND OF MY STAY HERE FOR THE LAST WEEK. Everyday, and throughout the day. You have to endure the smoking. NOT FAIR! ---- to endure the unnecessary comfort from smoke. If you got a smoke free policy.... enforce it. This had been noted from the VERY FIRST DAY. Again, the GM and staff is wonderful. VERY HELPFUL! just enforce the policies. The reason people continue to break the rules, because nothing get done. No one say anything. Even as I write this complaint, it is literally smoky in the room. Well, I have spoken the front desk person and they can't leave the front desk. This is messy at best. If I can help it, not again. I would at least consider giving the hotel a three star. The staff is wonderful, but the uncontrollable smoking in rooms. No Go! If you like to smoke, this is the place to come to. If you don't smoke, keep rolling down the streets.. There's several hotels in the area that DOESN'T TOLERATE SMOKING IN THEIR ROOMS. THEY ENFORCE THE POLICIES... WHY CAN'T EXTENDED STAY DO THE SAME???????

I have been staying in extended stay Newark-fremont since October 2020. Most of the staff here are very nice and very helpful and courteous. My room is supposed to be cleaned every other week and it was to be cleaned onTuesday 22nd of June 2021. When I came back my room was not cleaned. I was very upset because this is not the first time this has happened. IThey were supposed to clean my room Wednesday the 23rd of June. I came back late and was astonished to see that my room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and was not treated well. Being a customer Iwas very frustrated and instead of being courteous and understanding my frustration the clerk hung up on me. Went to the lobby and was not given good treatment. I was slso told by her that I should have called to see if my room had been cleaned. WoW now I am supposed to do that also. I do not ask for anything much but this treatment is not acceptable my me. Will like some respect and better treatment.

If I could give a zero stars I would!!! We arrive to extremely nice staff, get to our room, then it begins. The stove doesn't work, I call downstairs and the maintenance man won't come. Under the beds are filthy  Then the TV doesn't work because the cord is ripped out of the back.  Call again, but my son decided to pull out the bureau and fix it himself.  We are unpacked, took an hour and a half, we start to get comfortable and BOOM, the electric in the whole room goes out. Call again, still maintenance man won't come.  We have to repack everything IN THE DARK (had to call again for a flashlight, even though mentioned that we had to pack in the dark...where's the customer service???) and move to a new room... whose door doesn't shut and lock on its own. If you forget to push or pull it to a close because the wood is so swollen, people can get in your room.  As I became agitated,  the staff became ruder and ruder. Finally, they have the manager call me... it was every excuse in the book. No maintenance after 3, really??? Accent so thick I could barely understand her.  I told her that and still she proceeded speaking quickly, over me, with more excuses then insulted me. Offered a THIRD  room,, I said ok,, and we just sat here  and waited,, waited,, until I called front desk again to hear, oh I'm on my way up now...Wow, We went from a beautiful water view, with an amazing sunset, all the way to the other end of the same floor with a grand view of the parking lot. When we had to move again... guess where??? The room ACROSS THE HALL  from the first room we were in. Trekking all of our stuff from all the way from the other end of the floor, around the bend, again... etc.  Just another parking lot view. Unbelievable!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! One of the worst and dirtiest places I've went all they care about is money so if you're black don't stop at the extended stay in Delray Florida they think black people don't pay for their rooms then they call the police to kick you out the people at the desk doesn't know how to read and they send a 12 year old girl to my room to ask me to pay for a room that was paid for already one door away from the office with a working key but she wants to call the police have me put out an extended stay will not extend me any compensation one of the worst hotel stays ever only for white people was paid for with credit card she can't read and she still works there so if you see her run don't let them check you in she doesn't know what she's doing and she will come to your room in the morning with the police

I want you to know your Internet Service is the worse I have ever come across and will note it on public websites where reviews are available for public viewing. It constantly goes down, only lasts for a couple of hours uninterrupted at its very best. You can only hook up one device at it cannot be connected by WiFi it must be by an Ethernet cable or some other hard-wired method. I don't know whatever hidden charge you put in the room rate for the Internet service, but if it is more than zero it is way too much. In fact, given the level of service, your Internet provides zero is too costly. Despite your statements of having support available none is available I have called the support line at least a half dozen times, and note of the "technicians" know what to do or was going on. I got many different answers to the same questions. The problem is ESA will not let you bring in an outside provider even if you are willing to pay for it. There is an old cliche what's cheap is dear, and nothing is cheaper than zero which is infinitely worth more than the Internet service ESA provides.

I stayed at extended stay of Greensboro big tree way due to work the staff overhaul were great until Sunday when I made several trips to the office and they wouldn’t answer the door finally the end of the night a rude clerk answered the door I guess I woke her up she would not give fresh towels she called the police and had me kicked out in the middle of the night with no place to go as I was leaving in my car she made nasty remarks saying I told u I will get the last laugh she was cursing at me really not professional

Avoid Extended Stay Houston Medical Center!!! Beyond horrible experience, receptionist took 45 mins to be located before we could check into our reservation, she arrived with a serious attitude, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, house keeping never showed or clean the room for the 4 day stay, stove did not work, they would not even accept a work order to fix it, found used condoms and trash underneath the bed, this place was a nightmare, please avoid !!!!

I’ve been in this hotel for a week and a half due to the storm we had in Texas, this hotel has been awful most of the things in the room does not work. The stove in the fridge does not work you tell the staff they don’t fix it all they do is walk your money and they go up with the rate every day. The whole staff is Hispanic I’m not a racial person but they use their authority and put people down and lie about different things and charge overcharge people. This hotel need to be investigated itself and I need to be inspected is not livable and the surround Is horrible police be here every day.
