The manager of the 200 Bluestone Road, Alexandria, VA 22304, United States locations is an absolute B!tch. She blindly accused us of smoking in the room. She then threw us out of the room that we had paid for. She Never was in the room just said she smelled it in the hall. Stay away from this company in general. They have a trial and conviction without any evidence! To top it all off the rooms and hotel are filthy. but our other option was the street. So now we are on the street because they threw us out and kept our money.

Everything was great except some broken or items in the room In disrepair. Burns in my counter, couch, very loud heater. No ability to use dishwasher. It leaks. No fox, just "dont use." Then, I happened to be in the lobby one morning taking with guests. I had my back turned and hit my coffee knocking it over, with my elbow and I didn't even notice. Then, I made a new cup of coffee. No towels or anything mind you....I went to lean forward and my big huge jacket with my keys and phone I. My pocket, lifted over the counter, bumping my new coffee and it spilt. The GM was next to me and say this. "Are you okay sir?! 😡" is what I got from her. Said I was so sorry, this and that. She didn't care. You'd think I was one of the DP's with no teeth smelling of booze 🥃 doesn't shower or doesn't have any money. Well I do, I'd like a damn apology. I've had my leg broken, reconstructed, broken, it has a titanium rod inserted through my knee. Couldn't walk for YEARS, my knee also did t work. She was NASTY.....except it was my coat, OT MY DEFECTIVE LEG, thanks a lot

Extended Stay America, Shelton, Connecticut is the most awful stay. IF you work nights and require sleep DO NOT STAY HERE! The guests I understand could or may be noisy at times BUT the HOUSEKEEPING OMG!! has absolutely no sound barriers what so ever. Dont bother complaining they get Louder!

I can't believe I spent my money here. What a horrible presentation and what an undesirable thing. The bathroom was full of algae. At least buy bleach and put it in those bathrooms. Very unpleasant my stay there on the night of January 29.

I visited the Extended Stay in Jan 2022 for about 30 days after coming in town for surgery. During this to I called the front desk with concerns of kids playing Soccer kick ball in the parking lot, and kids running throughout the hotel like this is a jungle gym or park. I contacted the front desk with the concerns of all the noise and running throughout the hotel.. and there answer was quiet hour was from 7 PM until 7 AM. Any persons that are reading this I would avoid this place like the plague (Arabic dissent) folks don’t watch their kids and let them just run wild and management does nothing.

I pre- paid $1777.44 for a 28 dat stay with one guest. I checked in on 1-11-22 on 1-12-22. We were locked out and the Asst. GM "Lucy" refused to refund me. I contacted Customer Service and was told they cannot override the Asst. GM "Lucy" as of 1-15-22 I have not heard from Extended Stay America concerning this FRAUDLENT SCHEME Extended Stay America has going on by stealing consumers money and locking them out and then fraudulently putting in their system guest was a "no show" on the reservation in an attempt to defraud consumers of their money. This is fraud and theft. Do not trust or engage in any business with Extended Stay America. Check the lawsuits against them on google.

Horrible experience with reservations. They messed up my reservations and then did not honor the original. After many hours of working with them they refused to honor the original reservation that I had record of before their representatives messed it up. I cancelled all 6 rooms and took my business elsewhere. You have many choices. I urge you to avoid Extended Stay and any of their affiliates.

Thier cancelation policy is, "you have to check in by 6pm or 12am they will cancel your reservation"?! . 1) I DIDNT BOOK MY ROOM. I'm here on business. I feel that thier cancelation policy Should have been made more clear so as to not ruin "future customers" days such as my own. 2) if this is a standard procedure to cancel due to time restraints then why hasn't this ever happened in my 9yrs, across 42 states working this same job? 3) Miss Denise, at the Jacksonville Beach location :Showed no empathy. 2) No concern for a tired TRUCK DRIVER with a 2 night reservation (The U.S.A is currently 80,000 Drivers short. 3) Threatened to call the police on me for trying to ask a question, 4)spoke over me so as to not even bother to hear my question. 5) Denise did not offer any kind of compromise at all. 6) I've been sitting in the lobby waiting for the manager to show at 9a.m for 2 hrs and counting ............................................ Manager arrives early around 7ish (bravo btw)... her name I did not catch. She quickly resolved my issue. At first I was , of course , very aggravated. She calmed me down well.. (bravo again as this task can be challenging so I'm told). EVERYONE the policy is the problem. If they continue to keep and use this policy, I will not stay here, or of Extended Stay America suites ever again and will advise all other drivers to do the same. ×× CASE AND POINT×× People or money? This policy allows you to sell a room for more than the tardy were paying as in my case.. Where does Extended Stays commitment lie? MY PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION: Ditch the policy and tell Denise to go get a factory job.
