Don’t bet on this place — After a long flight from Arizona I arrived at their location in Oakbrook, IL only to find out that they’d given away my reserved room to someone else. I decided to check the hotel booking apps and sure enough, they were still allowing people to reserve rooms for that location, for that same day, even though they told me they have no room available for me. When I asked them about this, they had no answer. Their best offer to remedy the situation was to see if there was a room available for me in another Extended Stay. I told them I’d just paid $50 in cab fare to get there, and asked if they would cover my cab fare to the other hotel. They refused. I won’t be staying at any Extended Stay location if this is how the company does business.

I am at the extended stay at 1400 w mcnab road pompano beach fl. in the time I've been here there were several things which i brought to the attention of the front desk, NUMEROUS TIMES. One the toilet paper holder came off the wall. i told them several times about it and they said they will get it fixed and never did. I have seen roaches in the room and i told them about it and they NEVER DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT AFTER TELLING THEM SEVERAL TIMES. I am notifying the local board of health to file a complaint. If i make a complaint to the corporate office they notify the manager and gives them a song and dance to the dance around corporate, AND THINGS STILL NEVER GET DONE. EXTENDED STAYS ARE NOT THE PLACE TO STAY FOR THEY OFFER SO LITTLE AT THE HIGH PRICES YOU PAY,

I made a reservation for one night at the Palm Springs Extended Stay. I then tried to cancel the reservation before the 6 pm deadline and thought I had canceled the reservation. It turns out I was charged even though I did not stay and had followed directions online to cancel. I tried to get a refund and was given the run around by the booking company and Extended Stay. I will not do business with this company again.

After checking in we found that the TV wasn't working. We called the front desk and the attendant said he would send someone to repair. When we returned to our room that evening around 8:30 we asked the female front desk person if the TV had been fixed. Her reply to short, curt and in one word, rude. She informed us that there wasn't anyone to fix the TV. When I asked that we be moved to another room she responded in an equally rude tone that there weren't any rooms available. I told her I thought this unacceptable and her reply was that I could complain to the manager in the morning. Not once did she offer an apology for the original misinformation or any show of emotion at all. About 15 minutes later I came down to the front desk asking if I could have another pillow. Again in her rude and brisk tone she informed that there wasn't any extra pillow or covers. I challeneged her on that because it was the first time I've stayed at a hotel that didn't have extra pillows available to the front desk. She did however tell me I could check back at 11:00 pm for the shift change and ask again. I told her it didn't make sense to me that the new person coming on shift would have access to pillows and she didn't? Then she turned her back to me and I left. The next morning I told the front desk person and asked for a reduction on my bill. He said he couldn't authorize that but he would have the manager call me. Still haven't heard from the manager.

Extended Stay America Suites Chattanooga Airport 6240 Airpark Dr. Chattanooga, TN 37421 United States This was the Extended Stay my husband & I stayed at for one night. We had to be moved to 3 rooms bc the 1st two were dirty beyond belief! (The 1st room had dust/debris all over the floor & everything was dirty/dusty. The TV entertainment center/stand looked like they salvaged it from a dumpster). We asked to be moved again. This room was even worse and even dirtier than the 1st!! (Animal vomit in the closet, dirt/debris under the bed, smelled like cigarette smoke). We asked to be moved a 3rd time. This room smelled like strange, cooking spices but at least their wasn’t animal vomit in the closet, cigarette smoke, etc. (All the furniture looked extremely old but at least it wasn’t as bad as the 1st two rooms. Still it wasn’t clean enough . Under the bed debris, etc). (Since it was 11:30p at night we didn’t have a lot of options to book another motel/hotel or we would have!) The property, common side walks extremely dirty/filthy. (It didn’t look power washed/hosed off ever). The front desk attendant is the only reason there’s a star listed here. (Plus, you have to select at least one to leave a review). She was kind and tried to accommodate us despite the filthy conditions of this property. Obviously , we would never stay here again!

Extended Stay Lombard/Oak Brook and staff are a complete disgrace. We recently checked our elderly parents into a studio room. Their website photos clearly depict this room with 2 chairs at the counter at which to eat meals. However, our room had no such chairs. We complained and were told by Jessica/Cleo/Nicole that our folks couldn't have any chairs. As the folks are in wheelchairs we ended up having to dine elsewhere for every meal, incurring substantial additional expense. Also, the hotel "general manager" Adriana never called us back, as requested. Imagine treating disabled folks in their 90s, a WW2 veteran no less, so shamefully, all over TWO DAMN CHAIRS!! The staff made us all feel so devalued not only as customers, but as human beings. Look no further than this nightmare than to see what's wrong with the world today. Based on our experience, book at your own peril.

Made 2 wait over 2 hours for double room because it wasnt cleaned then told room wasnt available after arguing with staff for several minutes and finally requesting room with king bed was told the double room was available after all! Staff said i would get discount no discount given reached out to management 5 days later still have not heard back

The advertising claims to have a fully stocked kitchen. There’s not a knife, fork, spoon, cup, bowl or plate and certainly nothing to cook in. There are NO hairdryers in the room so you better bring your own. The carpet was dirty. The bed was supposed to be a queen but this is only a full. In general, it needs a lot of updating and does not appear to be a clean room. The building in the ad is not what we got.
