Avoid like the plague!

Rude staff, no customer service at all, told me off and threaten to call the police if I never leave the lobby with my toddler. He did a fake call i guess and speak to an officer. I stood my ground at the lobby with my daughter refused to leave. Weather is hot outside and I woule like to seek some shade. All i ask is if he can help me with access to the room because my key card didnt work. He got annoyed brushed me and my toddler away, and left us hanging Disappointed, not recommended place to stay .. go somewhere else and spend your money.

Extended Stay America in Scarborough Maine. Very disappointed. Been a travel nurse for 20 years and this extended stay has been the worst. Have several individuals here that are displaced not too sure why but this place has individuals that are very shady and will make you feel very uncomfortable with your stay. Children under the age of five unaccompanied in hallways and just yelling out or damaging property. They also have a lot of customers here with their dogs; are not on leashes are running around. Grocery carts in the hallway. Maine has a lot of homeless people living in hotels now so please be aware and be safe when booking hotels. This hotel is truly very disappointing. Also have had several incidents where we had to evacuate the hotels in the middle of a night because somebody had pulled the fire along consumers just beware.

ZERO STARS I have asthma! Marijuana & smoke throughout the hotel, coming in my room through the bathroom vent. I called, verified non smoking. Checked in, verified non smoking. Was told it is non-smoking. Building entrances says non smoking Sign up says non smoking Manager said they can do nothing about it, even though I reported it 2 days in a row. I moved my family here for a 2.5 week period. This is the WORST hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. The staff, including Hilda & Shay tried to bribe me. Originally they said I wouldn’t get any reimbursement for the pay 2 days & then after recording Shay the Hilda says she will refund me ONLY if I leave tomorrow. That is now how this works This is Illegal & I have a health issue.

A terrible hotel company I checked out early because the smell in hotel was disgusting have two small kids hotel manager said he was sending me a cheque for refund have never received stay away from this hotel

The rooms are horrible, nasty and nothing works, telephone, remote control, when you call front office the manager answered, asked for a working remote control, said she was busy and hung up the phone, went downstairs asked for a working remote and she said we dont have any that works , the maintenance is responsible, asked to move to another room said she called the person responsible for hotel and they said no, You can hear everything going on in the next rooms, I will never ever stay at this chain ever again, worst experience, rude and nasty

I was attempting to change a reservation because of a change in work plans, so decreasing the stay by 7 days. I proceeded to call them to change the reservations where they canceled my previous reservation and made a new one. That was when I thought everything was ok until I received a bill for the entire period, I was supposed to be paying bi-weekly. I called them to get it resolved where I learned that they would not do anything and had to review the entire previous call, which they said would only take 48 hours. They have still not reviewed the call and it has been 6 days. I still have not received a refund and keep getting nothing from customer service. I am currently staying in a different hotel they own, but make sure if you do make a reservation that they don't make a mistake or you will be the one paying for it.

I am living at 5990 Corporate Ave Cypress CA 90630 Extended stay America my room has faulty wiring and the smell of burning electrically wires the whole wall light fixture has went out and the Manager Lou and Mel has REFUSED to move us out of this room the company lawyer told ESA not to move us to another room this is violation of my Right to Life to Live in a safe place not only is my life and my wife Life and my service animal LIFE MEAN ANYTHING to ESA who has refused to move me to a safe room instead we are made to stay on an dangerous uninhabitable living conditions due to Retaliation because an ESA employees were entering my room UNLAWFUL and Illegally without our consent or knowledge and they were stealing from us and they got caught in our room and we have filled an lawsuit because they violated California Tenant Laws, this is showing Disregard for 2 lives and all other lives at this hotel I have called the Director of CODE ENFORCEMENT OF CYPRESS COUNTY 3 TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES and spoke with CSR who I again told that KHUONG TRUONYN, has REFUSED TO EVEN CALL BACK THIS IS URGENT WE DO NOT WANT TO DIE FROM A FIRE the lady I spoke with on Friday at his office said he was in, but this man has LITTLE REGARD FOR OUR LIVES AND ALL THE OTHER LIVES AT ESA, how can this man be the Director of CODE ENFORCEMENT and sit on his butt while living people has asked him to do his job and he has sat on his butt and did nothing not even to call or send some one out to address the Very Dangerous and Deadly situation they can cause a lot of living men and women to die, it's also Black Mold in bathroom. The manager LOU who lives on 2nd floor in the same hotel who is Negligence, this is the most lying manager in the world Lou and Mel are LIARS they both have Discriminate against our family in Retaliation against because of Lawsuit that was filled against ESA for theft and Illegal entry from they ESA employees and the unknown Hackers living in at ESA, When your keys keep going out it's because someone is going into your room behind your back we had stuff put in our food and water etc. we had to throw away toothpaste toothbrush food and water etc. we got sick we don't know what they did but after we started locking them out our HEALTH improved, It's no cameras it's no security, of you have an service animal or dog and you see that dog tag is missing from your room that is the 1st sign they are going into your room without your knowledge or consent when you report missing items or compliant they lie and write no reports the manager Lou goes around doing [key lock readings] illegally she keeps them in her phone, so when you make an complaints and she ask do you want a key lock reading she sneak and do it without you being present so she can show you one of the 100 key readings she already have in her phone she has recorded to show you No One has been on your room that is a LIE, she has a lot of fraudulent key reading videos in her phone LOU the allegedly manger is an LIAR, I really believe LOU is an OPP undercover she had no manager experience or common Sense and lives at ESA something is Not right with this so called mgr. Lou and Mel are 2 faced LIARS cannot be trusted Mel will LIE and OVER CHARGE YOU! They are the only two liars here they can't be trusted! My 20k wedding ring was Stolen a neck was Stolen Spiritual stones were Stolen My Cell phone for my Business was Stolen all the money from my business was Stolen and Hacked Our Birth Certificates and Social Security Cards was Stolen, over $2000.00 cash was Stolen my Computer was hacked and information was Stolen the mattress are full of pea stains and blood stains and the bed covers are so nasty they are brown and is stuck to the box springs it's no bedbug mattress cover, the bottom of the box springs are hanging down the bathroom has Black Mold growing the bathroom is rusted out and water has been dripping for months there is Roach Infested and Nats the carpet is very nasty and has water damage the wall is swelling and peeling my Health is suffering due to everything my hair has stated falling out due to the BLACK MOLD in bathroom it is Faulty wiring the whole wall light in bathroom stated smoking after it went out with the smell of burning wire's that can catch FIRE even THE DIRECTOR OF CODE ENFORCEMENT [KHUONG TRUONG] has REFUSED to do anything KHUONG TRUONG is just as Neglectful as ESA I THESE ACTIONS ARE CRIMINAL AND SHOWS THE DISREGARD TO the living lives of children women and men They don't Care about the lives that stay at EXTENDED STAY AMERICA 5990 CORPORATE AVE CYPRESS CA 90630 RADY AND MICHAEL ARE THE BEST THING GOING AT THIS HELL HOLE DONT STAY HERE YOU WILL BE ROBBED AND ALL YOUR BANKING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND MONEY WILL BE STOLEN THIS PLACE OS DANGEROUS FULL OF HOARDERS THE HALL SMELLS LIKE DOG PEA DO NOT STAY HERE I JAVE FILLED AN LAWSUIT'S... check out reviews on Chamber of Commerce
