I stayed at the Peachtree Corners, GA location. It started out fine. Of course every negative comment, comes with a bad sandwich and the property will have its side. Thing is, their side never reaches the customer. I felt scammed really. As they told me about a policy that another day's rental is applied to fees paid after 11:00 am. There is no room for error, but they can have error and all of a sudden things are good. They will not be responsible for ANYTHING having to do with your belongings! My rent was due on Oct. 6. I was at this hotel for 3-4 months. nothing I did pleased them, there was always some kind of angle from one game they play to another. They charged me another day for my rent being late, but I am staying there and paying by the week. So they could never tell me if that extra daily rental was a fee they were charging me, or do I get credit for that day. The reason they never defined it is because another day fee on top of your high weekly rental is excessive and they know it, so its called a daily rental fee, but you are already there for another day. So I paid it. My rent was due on a Thursday, then I also paid another week for my usual rental. Without an explanation, they tried to steal that fee by telling me, my rent was due on Thursday, and still due after me paying my rent for 8 days. Then I move out on a Friday afternoon as they wanted to charge me the late fee again the following week. Translation: Unless you are willing to pay their sky rates and experience games played by office personnel, I suggest you take in consideration what I'm saying. Looking for integrity? Keep looking! I was one of the people who went to pay my rent without having to be notified. They were putting the problems they had with other tenants on me. No, I don't want to have anything more to do ever with Stay America if I can help it! Left a bad taste!

I stayed at the 14095 S Evans location in Aurora CO the senior handicap room was not what I expected the sink was small the bathroom fan was so loud it sounded like an airplane overhead the heater didn't appear to be working either as the fan would never kick in and all I could get was radiant heat from it the other unit was inop and needed to be replaced. The towels were few and small NO bath towels were made available and the housekeeping didn't exist as the trash was never removed through out the entire stay.

The hotel is lies through its teeth it is very outdated. the rooms when you walk in it appeared clean but you can smell a funny smell, now I figured it out it was bug spray. I had a refrigerator in my room that made a grinding noise all night long the sleeping was terrible I only went there to sleep my husband saw a bugs he said he didn’t know what it was. I saw the cockroaches on the wall my last night . I will never ever tell anyone to stay at any of these extended stay I stayed in South Carolina on Kinley Road. It seemed like a transient hotel. If I saw the bugs first day I would have been gone !!!

My apartment flooded May 7th, slept in my car Saturday night because late and mother's day weekend hard to find lodging for myself, my son and our cat. On mother's day was able to book at ESA Irvine 30 Technology Dr in Irvine CA. I had stayed at ESA before but this was the worst, staff friendly enough, but dirty, run down, needs updated, tub would not hold water, toilet run on, thin walls, upstairs tenants running and stomping, limited tv channels, no utensils in room, old appliances, takes 3 x and a shoulder push to get door open after putting keycard in. Definitely doesn't look like pictures and not as advertised.

Well it started off with my husband getting his finger crushed in the cupboards under the kitchen sink. You can open the two cupboards at the same time but can't close them at the same time. The way they are positioned in a corner type way. He got his finger crushed between them so hard it actually cut him and it bled. So that was upsetting. Then from about midnight till 3:00 in the morning the people upstairs sounded like they were walking around in cement block shoes. I had a heartache so bad from it and couldn't sleep. I told the front desk about both of those things. Sunday morning I couldn't wait to get out of there. And I was picking up our dirty clothes in the corner of the closet. There was a half metal shelf that really had no purpose or reason to be there because you hang your coats and can't see this thing. I hit my head so hard on it. I was knocked down on the floor crying. It was a stupid place to put a half shelf. Since you have plenty of dresser draws for clothes and a full top shelf in the closet for things. I was really upset about the whole weekend. Since it was suppose to be our Valentine get away weekend. People sitting in the hallway talking loud. Just everything was awful. The breakfast was terrible. I seriously wanted my money back and couldn't wait to get out of there.

Stayed at N WestShore Blvd. Tampa last night and wasn’t pleased. Room that was giving at first was full of roaches. Bathroom white tiles but cover w mold and a lot of tiny roaches everywhere. They change my room and it was ok. Very strong smell to humidity. Carpet stained. This hotel needs a Deep clean.

Absolutely terrible hotel. Everything is disgusting and the rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned, and that’s a big concern with Covid. I also heard the front desk gossiping about guests
