Worst experience of my life, we got to the hotel room and the floor was filthy, it had this black substance (no clue what it was) coming out from between the wood floors. The shower hardly had any water coming out of it and the bathtub would not drain properly, meaning you would soak in filthy water in a matter of a few minutes because the bathtub didn't look clean. It was so disgusting that my husband and I went and got Clorox to spray all over the tub before we could shower and we had flip-flops on to take a shower. We also sprayed Clorox over the toilet and sink. Without mentioning that they charged me for my service dog that we had with us. My husband has spent hours on the phone calling the hotel manager, corporate, and whoever else you can imagine from extended stay to talk about all the issues we've encountered, they just kept bouncing him around on the phone to the next person and no one ever resolved any of the issues. We were there for only one night and wanted a full refund considering the conditions of the room we had to stay in.

If there is an issue try to find a solution that doesn't suck and try to make it better. Example; when a patron wants to "EXTEND" their stay 1 day do not make them "check out by 11 am" and then "check back in at 3pm". And that is not the worst you all did!

Run down facility in Princeton NJ. Bad service. Only one room key out of 2 worked and we had to go back and ask them to activate the second key. Next day requested towels change and staff said drop off the existing towels and will let you know when new ones are ready. It’s been more than 3 hours and still don’t have towels ready. Secondly not all staff is as friendly, rather abrasive way of talking to customers. This hotel organization is not what they advertise it to be.

My husband and I stayed at the Extended Stay America in Overland Park Ks from June 12th until September 24th 2023. We were working in Kansas City waiting to transfer to a new State. While there the staff was rude, except for 1 and very uncooperative. We were only allowed 1 roll of toilet paper and had a hard time getting towels and linens because they never had clean ones. Housekeeping didn't know how to clean if they did show up. We usually did our own cleaning because Housekeeping did not show up. There was cockroachs and brown recluse spiders. Pest control was only there once in 3 1/2 months. We were allowed to borrow a broom but not a mop. The floor was so dirty our feet would get black walking on it. Absolutely disgusting!! The manager was rude and conceited and the assistant manager was impossible!!!

not what went wrong The question should be What is right? Dirtiest room. i have ever stayed in. 408 Owen drive Fayettville N.C , i feared for my life when the cock roaches tried to steal my dinner. The second room that a fellow employee stayed in with his daughter was worse. the only salvation for this building is Fire Practice

I booked this hotel in advance and upon arriving was told that the hotel was overbooked and that I did not have a room. We had driven 8 hours to reach the hotel. We then needed to find another hotel. The same thing happened one other time and we were sent an email on the morning of travel. There is a problem with communications between reservations and the front desk of the Bessemer location. This issue needs to be solved. Details: The reservation agent did try to help me upon arrival but his other location choice was 20 miles away and it had been a very long day of travel. By the way, I had even reached out to him earlier in the day to be sure of my reservation. We found our own hotel but ended up having to pay more for the night.

They recently sent a new "manager" to the Lewisville TX location. The first thing she did was kick out anybody with a pet unless they came up with an absurd amount of money with no advance notice. I didn't have it at the time so she called the police and kicked me out. MY boy, and best friend for 13 years died that day in the extreme heat because this heartless slob couldn't wait until regular checkout time even though my rent was up to date. To call her a kunt would be an understatement. RIP Bob. I miss you so much. Don't patronize this crapass hotel.

The customer service agents are super rude!! The lady argued with me about MY service animal telling me it doesn’t “Sound” like my service animal as I explained to her that he was. As if I was lying to her! Like who tf are you to lie to!! Don’t ever book with these rude nasty people!
