They sent me the wrong product I called ExpressMed they did a call ticket to have the stuff picked up. I did not agree to pay for shipping. A month went by and no refund. I called again and then ExpressMed wanted to give me a refund minius $17 for shipping and said I had agreed to pay for shipping. I definitely "WILL NOT" be buying from ExpressMed again. ......My response to your response.. First your representative couldn't even find the ad or description of the product because it had been removed.. and when your representative did a call ticket she didn't even mention I was going to be charged for shipping and she was going to call me back to let me know when it was going to be picked up and that didn't even happen. So go ahead and be saddened .. that should be pointed at your representatives and not me.

Hello Brandon, We want to extend our sincerest apologies concerning all the issues that you have faced. According to our records and the listing, your order was sent with the accurate product associated with our listing. We pride ourselves in maintaining the highest quality standards for our customers so we will and have always given notice of any charges or refund information. The call tag would never be authorized without the customer's confirmation first as it is a courtesy and not part of the usual return process. We are saddened to hear that your experience with us was not as expected. We also hope that, if given another chance, that we may be able to offer you a better experience in the future.

This is not a real company. It's just some dude with a cell phone. Drop shipments. No customer service. No returns. I tried to cancel the order when the phone number did not pick up. I was not able to do so. Avoid at all costs.

Hello Bruce, We are sorry to hear your experience wasn't what was expected. We have a full team of customer service representatives and we do accept returns per our return policy. Looking further into our correspondences with you we see your first contact with us was during a holiday and customer care was out of the office. We did respond to your emails as promptly as possible. Please feel free to call us at (877) 822-2719 Monday-Friday 6:00am-5: 00 pm PST or send us an email to [email protected] so that we may help you resolve any issues you may encounter.

Great products. My mother chose the firmer of the two mattress pads and we returned the one she didn't use with no problems at all. Would order from them again!
