I paid extra for express shipping and packages were several days late. I called and complained and was told I was going to get a $10 refund (shipping was $29, on a $200 order) and have never received the $10.

I ordered testing strips for my blood glucose tester. The identical strips cost $66 for 50 strips at Walmart pharmacy. The price from ExpressMed was $11.50, including shipping, handling and tax. Same brand, same model.

After 2 weeks of my order i got email from expressmed that product is not in stock.
Response from ExpressMed.comFeb 13, 2019
Thank you very much for your feedback. After reviewing the order in question, I do see that there was a delay in cancelation as stock became an issue for this product. We do truly apologize for the delay that occurred in reporting this to you and we hope we can earn back your business as this type of error is outside of our normal procedure. Our standard practice results in cancelations and corresponding notifications usually being sent the same day for any stock related issues. We plan to improve on that in the future to ensure our customers are receiving prompt updates regarding their order status. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please contact us via phone at (877) 822-2719 Mon-Fri 6:00 am-5:00 pm PST or email us at [email protected].

Recently I bought an item, competitively priced and delivered fast. Credit card statement stated the amount charged, I needed to know what it was for, in their web site, that particular item was no longer available, therefore not listed for price check. I called their number, customer service representative was very courteous and very quickly identified the item by knowing my name and date of order. I was amazed at the quickness in which this was done.

Seshan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a wonderful review. While you placed stars next to our business, you are our real star. Most people don't bother to leave reviews about positive experiences, and that's what makes you the star. It's only when we receive such positive feedback, do we rest knowing that we have done our jobs well. Thank you for giving us this proverbial pat on the back, you made our day! We will strive to deliver great experiences consistently and we can’t wait to see you again.
