We apologize for the error on this order, upon reviewing it, we do not see any communication with you regarding the wrong size. Our system shows that the 16-inch pads were shipped out if this is not what was received please contact us so we can investigate further. As for the packing slip, I have emailed you a copy of your invoice for your records. Please email us at [email protected] or call our team here at 1-877-822-2719 so we can assist regarding the pads.
