We do apologize for the delay that occurred with this order. I see that the order was placed on Thanksgiving and unfortunately, our company was closed and was unable to have shipped out any orders due to the holiday so it shipped the next business day that our warehouses were open, which was Monday the 26th. We understand the urgency needed for this type of product to be delivered in a timely fashion and we are very sorry that we were unable to accommodate as expected. We hope that in the future, we can provide a more satisfactory experience for you if you decide to shop with us again.
