Hi Danny, We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but the details in your message are not entirely clear. Explodely operates as a platform that enables independent sellers to offer their products, and while we do not directly own those products, we have policies in place to monitor activity and take action where necessary. If you’ve come across something specific that concerns you, we recommend reaching out to our support team with the details so it can be reviewed appropriately. Team Explodely

Hey Adela, We’ve reviewed your ticket and can see that our Support team communicated with you in the utmost professional manner and did take the appropriate steps to ensure the seller addressed your request, which would have led to a refund of your purchase directly with them. However, to help speed up the process we have escalated this internally. As a result, we’ve now processed refund for your orders. For clarity, the seller and Explodely operate as separately, but please be assured we always honour our 60-day money-back guarantee and we’re here to help if you need anything else. Team Explodely

Hi Kenneth, Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad to hear the payment process was smooth. We understand your concern regarding the refund. Please note that it can take about 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after the refund has been issued, depending on your bank or payment provider. If the amount does not appear within the expected timeframe, please feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist further. Thank you for your patience! Team Explodely

Hi Kelvin, We’d like to clarify that Explodely and the sellers operate as separate entities. In your case, we can see that the transactions have already been disputed and charged back by your bank, which means the amounts have been reversed through your payment provider. As a result, there is no further action we can take from our side on these transactions. However, if you need any clarification or assistance with anything else, please feel free to reach out—we’re here to help. Team Explodely

Hi Dawn, We understand how that situation could feel confusing but please note that Explodely and the sellers operate as separate entities, and product pricing and structures are determined by the individual seller. That said, we’re glad to hear that your refund was processed quickly. We always step in when needed to ensure our customers are supported and that our 60-day money-back guarantee is honored. If you need any further assistance, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Thanks! Team Explodely
