I tried for 3 weeks to get into my account dashboard so that I could start receiving payments, but all I got was a runaround. They told me that all I had to do was click on the link and it would take me to my account login which happened one time, but they gave me a username that was invalid. All the other links they gave me routed me to several different platforms, all of which wanted me to pay more money. My first payment was supposed to be in my account 3 minutes after I provided my account details. Could never get them to give me the proper affiliate login page. I think it’s just a scam to hold onto your money for as long as they possibly can in order to collect interest on it. I believe that is how they make their money; selling promises of false hope and financial gain. However Explodely support was helpful in forcing the seller to refund my money, but they pretty much leave it up to the seller to initiate the refund.

In a Moment, Explodely will ???
I do not care what response I may possibly get from explodely.com. This firm is a predator on your vision of generating any kind of income on the internet. I consider them criminal in their preying upon anyone's dreams of generating income. Sure they offer refunds but do not honor them, they readily dispense excuses of why your refund is not issued, they know, in time you will give up on your plea. There is no consideration at all given to people actually expecting them to deliver the product or service for which you paid.
I am certain they are criminal but please understand, there is very little protection available to those who are simply ripped off on the internet. I assuredly know how it feels to get your hard earned money stripped away because you believed in their presentation.
Stay away from this company and please note their ratings which loudly warn of an unhappy outcome. I am admittedly fool enough to get swept away by slick, smooth, seemingly truthful presentations. May the buyer beware here and most everywhere. To the people behind this scheme, and those commonly similar, I can only hope Karma will return to you, the evil you create!!!
Sure, I have more to say but do not consider it worth my time to further explain. Had I the finances available, I would readily approach the viability of establishing legal standards for internet commerce of all kinds. I do not. For now, you must rely on a company track record. ALWAYS search out companies before you engage and yes, I do use Trustpilot but I dig for other angles like scam reports. Take your time, do not get sold on the so many smooth and well articulated sales presentations. I, sadly admit that I have been, in the past, oh so ready to sign up for a multitude of internet "opportunities" none of which have generated a nickel.
PLEASE, please, please, before you commit, or submit to payment, do some homework!
Thanks for reading this and gracious gratitude to Trustpilot for creating this uniquely beneficial forum!!!

I have received my full refund
I have received my full refund. Maybe if Explodely.com would simplify their refund policy all of these reviews would not be so low. I had to put too much energy in getting just a reply from support. Thank you Support Agent Varnita P. for getting it straightened out.

Scam
After ordering a product and reviewing it, I decided this product wasn't for me so I asked for my money back under their 60 day $ back guarantee. Multiple phone calls and emails yielded nothing but frustration. Finally they tell me they refunded my money and if it's not credited back, it's my banks fault!Consulting the bank showed no effort on explodely.com to ever refund my money!

As some others have stated
As some others have stated, I was not aware of other "add on" costs until after initial purchase of the "special" discount price of $47. Then there is another cost to set it up so it runs "automatically" fir us that are not familiar with this type of "trading". This is where the explanation of the difficulty of navigating the "dashboard" comes in! Another video, then another video, and finally another video trying to keep you on board!!! When actually it only made me "bored"!
If ALL costs associated with the program were made upfront, more people might stay after initial costs. But for us that are not tech savvy, $47 here, $97 here, $127 here, ++++ on and on is not gonna keep us as a customer or member, or whatever!!! It only scares us away!!
As for the refund, it took several emails to get the correct response, "your refund is on way in 5-7 days"! But it took several reply emails to get to that point! Receiving an email stating "a ticket has been started", then an email stating "ticket resolved", with no mention of my refund......well no, it is not resolved!!!! So, after an email reply stating " I will carry it further if necessary" I finally received the one I asked for 2 day earlier! "Refund will be credited to original payment method"!!!
So, I guess we'll see, huh?!

I purchased a service through this…
I purchased a service through this company with a 60 day money back guarantee. After review, I decided the service was not for me.I reviewed and quickly decided , so I'm still 45 days out. They promised a refund, said it was done.I noticed it was on some card that I don't own, alerted them, and they've basically said "not their problem, they issued a refund ".Yeah, but to who is what I want to know. They have been very uncooperative and not easy to work with. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
