I've been taken by this service for several years with no refunds followed through. I've lost hundreds of dollars through this app. I believe this app should be marked as a scam across all platforms
Response from explodely.comJul 31, 2026
Hi Joyce, We take such claims seriously and have reviewed your account activity. For clarity, Explodely operates as a payment platform, while the products and services are provided by independent sellers. However, to safeguard the interest of our buyers we always step in when needed for refunds. To help speed up the process we request you send an email to [email protected] with your order details and we will refund your purchases immediately. Team Explodely

Yesterday I left a review for Explodely.com. I have made 5 purchases in the last 20 days. NONE OF THEM came thru with what was promised and what I ordered. I have been going back and forth for several days and several emails. After yesterdays review ... Today I have a refund for ONE of the orders. I emailed them again today requesting refund on the other 4 orders. I will review them again after I have received the other 4 orders. Thank you for this platform Donna Cory
