Item was Samsung S 5 and yes it was B STOCK. It arrived all banged up and screen was cracked in 2 places. I understand not new item, but it was banged up, but does it also include cracked screen?

i think is really goodand it has long lasting bateries too.

Bought an LG Urbane android watch from Expansis-USA. Called LG to check and learned that it was a grey market watch - made in Korea. So if I want to exercise LG’s 1 year warranty I’ll need to send my watch to Korea! Expansis claims this is clearly disclosed in their Terms and Conditions. But it’s just a statement that “Certain import smartphones, tablets, and other devices may only be covered under warranty in the country of origin.” The product description does not mentioned it was the import version and I didn’t buy this from Expansis-KOREA, I bought it from Expansis_USA. Now I have to either send it back at my cost or accept the crappy 6 month Expansis warranty. Yeah, I’m sure that will work out well. Here’s hoping this watch stands the test of time. Buyer beware. AVOID EXPANSIS.

This is the nicest phone I ever had !fast and smart

My item came with significant damage, much of which could not have been done during the shipping process (missing screws, damage on the corner wrapped in the most bubble wrap, etc.). Sent back 9 days ago. No word from Expansys about the replacement. Will never buy refurbished from Expansys again and may never make a purchase period if I don't hear soon about the replacement.

I purchased an iphone 5c mid year last year but the phone wouldn't power up which concerned me but I sent it back for full refund. I tried again at the start of this year and the phone works perfectly. It was a great deal and is compatible with all my devices.

I really appreciated work with Expansys. After a bit of confusion with a "similar product" on their web site, they handled my replacement happily and at no charge.
