I ordered the ferret/critter nation cage pans. It's well worth the wait (10 to 20 days). They kept in contact with me through the entire process! I just received them today and let me tell you GAME CHANGER! No more dirty nasty fleece liners for my Chin girls!! Absolutely perfect!!!

Order arrived quickly. Chinchillas loved the flower mixture the most. But enjoyed all their treats and toys.

I purchased a 14inch wheel for chinchillas. The bearing broke after 2 months. One email, and they dropped a replacement in the mail immediately, no hassle, no fuss, got the part in 4 days.

10/10 recommend! I can get everything I need for my sugar gliders whether it's cage accessories, cleaning supplies, or food. They never mess up your order, the products are always exactly what you expect, AND it's always sent in a timely manner. Exotic Nutrition never disappoints! :D

This company offers such a variety of treats and snacks for exotic animals. The shipping is always super fast. I love shopping here!

Horrible customer service. Sarah in customer service is rude and condescending and it seems she gets her skills from the owner Ken. 100% dead worms shipped with the smallest ice pack ever created and no insulation. Use Uncle Jim's. Better price, product and service!

Hi Susan, we regret to hear that our customer support team wasn't able to offer a suitable resolution for your needs. As per the Terms & Conditions shown on the worm product listing, worms are insured when Next Day Shipping is selected at checkout. Meaning - if you select Next Day Shipping and your worms don't arrive in perfect condition, we will ship free replacements. In this case, since you opted for Free Ground Shipping, the worms were not insured — which is why we couldn't offer a refund. Please contact our team if you have any questions, thank you.
