Borneo Cage missing pieces
My mother ordered me the Borneo cage with the shelf and ladder set for my pet squirrel. I get the two boxes today and I’m missing pieces. Hopefully Customer Service can resolve this quickly. My mother is going to call them since she paid for it.

Hi Heather, Please note that your Borneo Cage with Shelf Set was shipped on October 28th in three separate boxes. Two boxes were delivered on October 30th, and the remaining box is currently in transit, scheduled for delivery today, October 31st.
