Let me start by saying I was leary of this company being able to deliver the goods alive. I waited to do this review until i placed a couple of orders with them. I am very happy to report that not only did they deliver the product alive but I have not had a single one die. The meal worms are very healthy and delivered in such a way that if your not there to receive the package they will be fine. Their shipping is pretty fast as well.

I would give them negative stars but there is none so I had to give them one! I bought a item and it’s broke and they don’t wanna refund my money in full they wanna give me store credit and they shipped it broke and there was items that go to it and they won’t refund me and they go to the item that’s broke so now I don’t need the item because it’s broke I would never buy from this company again

Hi Joel, we apologize that your squirrel nest box arrived broken. We implemented a full refund without return. In regards to the other item from the order that you no longer wanted (which was not broken), it would need to be returned for a refund. Thank you.

Ordered some toys, water bottles, and chews for my rats from Exotic Nutrition. I expected to wait a while for shipping because I was just using the default shipping settings, but my package came several days earlier than expected! Everything was packaged carefully, and from the information and order summary included, it seems as though they are very thorough with their orders! I wouldn't hesitate to order again :).

I ordered the Treadmill Wheel for my chinchillas and I am extremely satisfied! The product is as advertised and the best part, it is extremely quiet! The company shipped out my product the following day (I ordered late in the evening) and it arrived within a few days. I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future.
