My local pet store carried their items and felt good about buying from a local company, but then I saw the conditions of the animals/bought multiple very sick rats from that store. So I looked for an alternative. I realized Exotic Nutrition brand was also local to me, so I found their website and started buying directly. The pet store I was buying from marked up their products 2-3x the online price! So now I buy directly from exotic, and haven’t been let down. Shipping is fast, they sent it secure, never had a crushed bottled or bag of food. Keep it up!

It's nice to be able to feed our glider babies within a reasonable budget! I appreciate the occasional samples and promotion codes they provide! I highly recommend Exotic Nutrition straight from their Website. Wonderful company!

Can’t beat prices!! Easy site to use. Love love love the silent wheel. When removing I lost parts emailed first thing in the morning received response right away sending parts !! Customer service amazing

I ordered 250 giant meal worms and then sent me 250 medium. When I contacted them about it, they said that was all they had and proceeded to tell me how to feed and make them grow..... If I wanted to feed and grow them I would've bought the medium ones and saved myself the money. They intentionally sent me the wrong size because "its all they had" and then offered a $10 credit to their store as compensation. Are you joking?! Ya I won't ever order from them again. I had to fight to get a $10 refund and half the worms are already dead. I would rather buy from Petco than buy from this company again. What a a waste of money.
