Avoid This Company
The short version of my Exoticase experience is that this company drop ships all of their products from cheap manufacturers such as Temu with a severe mark-up, then intentionally makes their return policy expensive & difficult when customers are unhappy with what they received. Do yourself a favour and just order right from China. The long version (including a deep dive into the company itself) is that I placed my order back in January. I should've done more digging before I did so, but I didn't and have now ended up feeling quite scammed (even if I understand what they're doing is technically legal, even if not particularly moral). I received a tracking email that said my case was being shipped directly from Shenzhen, China to me here in Sweden. This was my first clue that something was shady. Nowhere on the listing for the case does it state that it will be coming from China. I imagine because--while I'm sure China makes lovely products too--they have largely become known for making and exporting cheap garbage. If you hunt around the website enough, there is info about the Exoticase warehouses that says, "We've set up storage facilities in Singapore, China, Europe, and North America," followed by more info about how their North American warehouses are currently out of commission due to "events and conflicts causing logistical challenges." Sure. What is odd, however, is that I live in Europe. Surely it makes more logistical sense to use the European warehouse rather than the Chinese one? Anyway, the case I ordered hasn't even arrived and I have already begun looking into getting it refunded. On every item description, there is a line that says, "30 Day Money Back Guarantee." There is no explanation directly on the product page; you have to scroll to the bottom and click on "Return & Refund Policy." To spare you the effort of doing that, their policy summarised is that you must ship it back to them at your expense. They will then inspect the item and decide whether to refund you or not. That means you ship them the item to get the *possibility* of a refund for said item, not a definite refund. My case arrives 14 days later having passed through Swedish customs. The return address listed and the sticker on the case packaging are both for a factory in Shenzhen and a company called White Spruce Technology Co., Ltd. The takeaway here is that this case was sent directly from the manufacturer and not from a warehouse as Exoticase claims on their website. Admittedly, they might be being tricky with the wording, since the manufacturer probably has a warehouse where they store their orders before they ship them, but I don't believe White Spruce Tech is owned or operated directly by Exoticase or its parent company Tixlbahn (more on that below). Case now in hand, it is flimsy and not great quality, as expected. The design also doesn't match the photo, mostly because the vinyl sticker has been stuck up the side of the raised bit that goes over the phone camera. I contact customer support, and while I'm waiting for a response, I track down the exact same case on Temu. Trustpilot does not allow links to be included in reviews (which is fair), so you are unfortunately just going to have to take my word on this. I paid 259 SEK (about $26) for a case valued on Temu at just under 25 SEK (less than $2.50). That is just under 9x more expensive. I selected a couple other cases at random and found much the same results. It was also at this stage that I realised something bizarre: the website blocks you from highlighting any text. Maybe this wasn't intentional and it's just badly designed, but as I found more products on Temu, I started to suspect it was so that I couldn't easily search the names of the products on the web and find them elsewhere for cheaper. By this time, support emailed me back. We already know the return policy, but I was surprised to learn that I had to ship the case to an address in Canada. From Sweden, the cheapest possible shipping option for me is 604 SEK, or about $60. I was offered the opportunity to be sent another case, but they asked for the equivalent of €12 over PayPal as a "handling" charge. I asked why I couldn't ship to their European warehouse (after all, it says they have one on the website), and the customer service agent said, "I am sorry we don’t have any return warehouse in Europe." The return address is tied to a shell company, Tixlbahn Inc., operating Exoticase and another site called Casetria. You can verify this information yourself using the publicly available Canadian corporation registry. I have no idea why their return address is also Tixlbahn's director's listed address; it makes zero sense why I would return my purchased product to their director for inspection. All in all, do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.

Hello Lucas, we are sorry about your experience. We do get some items from China, Singapore and Spain, while some stock is maintained in US. Some items (originally made by Chinese registered brands) were copied from our counterparts and are selling around. That's why you find similar names and pictures around the web. The website has disabled right-click and copying features to prevent unauthorized duplication. We’re unsure of the reason behind this review, as we had already agreed to send you the case of your choice for free. Your item is on its way and should arrive within 5-8 days. Please feel free to reach out to our support team if you need further assistance.
