They were a 5, before my last order.
I have had good experiences dealing with Express Medical Supply, at least until my last order. I had ask for "DISCREET" shipping on my latest order. It was clearly marked on my email receipt of order, and it was also marked on the packing list that I received with my order. HOWEVER, when the package arrived at my front door, it was in a Bard brand box for Foley catheters. I don't consider that Discreet by any means. I emailed the company about how my order was delivered, and I heard nothing in reply. So, for that reason I give them only 3 stars. I feel that a company with good customer service, should get back to a purchaser, and try to at least make some kind of gesture to make things right, at least an apology would have been nice. There are enough other suppliers out there looking for my business, I may take my future business elsewhere.

Best Remedy
I have been looking for years for a remedy to a problem. I use to use k-jelly for many things and haven't been able to get it anymore. Everybody has gone fancy. That is not what I needed. I found the solution at EXS with their HR lubricating jelly. Just what I needed. I couldn't believe it was delivered the day after I placed the order.

Fast and dependable!
All orders have been filled fast and correctly. That is something I have had trouble with when ordering from other companies.

Nebulizer Kit
My order was for nebulizer kits and I received them in such a timely manner that it absolutely floored me. I am very impressed with my order and more than impressed with the timeliness of when I received them. I did not get the most expensive kits, I wanted to see if I would like the products first, well I am more than satisfied and next time will order more. Thanks so much for how you impressed me.

Lowest price I could find anywhere!
I purchased a hand pump DeVilbiss nebulizer for my husband in case of emergency/power outage or dead battery. He loves it. The price was the lowest I could find online. The shipping was 2 day priority even though I only asked for standard ground. Just a wonderful experience. Thank you.
