Missing item
Having rcvd order in just a couple of days I was pleased until I opened the package to find that my order was not complete. I contacted the customer service desk and was assured that the missing item would be shipped quickly as soon as a review was accomplished this was several days ago and I have yet to receive any information on the missing item. the invoice number is 00933033, my customer code is ULL005.

Good place to find items needed for foley patients
I am very pleased with the foley stat lock product that I reeived. It would be nice if instructions were included with the statlock.
