I would rate it five stars, but considered the shipping charges too expensive. I ordered three rolls of tape@ $1.16 each, but the shipping charge was $10.

Please stop using USPS for shipping, they are horrible. Still haven’t got my supplies yet, with the other carriers I get them in 2 days!

I ordered a box of supplies that should of had 30 items per box, it came with only 28. Shipping was fast and easy to order. Just was not completed correctly

Love your products never had any issues, until now. My supplies usually come usps but this time it was fedex and I still don’t have them. They say weather is the reason but every thing around here is fine. It is hard when you are waiting on medical supplies and don’t get them in a timely manner. I understand this is. Or your fault but my supplies have never come by fedex either, I would prefer usps.

The processing was wonderful per usual. However, perhaps due to it being a smaller order they didn't take identifying their company name seriously like my previous orders. Hence, my SNF held the package a lot longer as they didn't see it's importance. I was disappointed by this. That is the only reason I gave them only 4 stars. I have worked with them before and always appreciated the care in shipping and processing. They are an excellent company but I wanted to bring this to their attention.
