Easy to use website. Very clear. Needed to make a change after an online order and customer service was able to help me without any hassles and they took the time to double check to make sure it was possible before promising.

Express Medical Supply shipped exactly what I ordered, when they promised to ship it, and it arrived when they said it would. All for an excellent price!

Alice We are sorry for your frustration. Your package contained two liquids and apparently was handled roughly by the carrier. The carrier noted liquid coming from the box while in transit and removed the two liquids and returned the dry items to our address. We were given no advanced notice of this problem before it arrived back on our loading dock. This does not happen often but it has happened at least one other time. We have re-shipped your items back out today and you should have on Tuesday. We are sorry for the delay.
