I have been using Express Medical Supply as my primary source of medical supplies for over 15 years and not once have I ever experienced anything other top-notch performance. Every single order has been delivered timely and accurately. This, on top of best price and availability of product, makes me a very satisfied customer. Express Medical is and has been the exact opposite of the substandard performer I experienced with a local medical supply dealer I put up with for years. I was only too happy to switch over. Not surprisingly, my local dealer is no longer in business.

At the time of order I was not given an estimated delivery date. I received a notice a few days later the he item ordered was delayed due to back order status. It would have been nice to know this at time of order. Item was finally received a few days later in good condition. It was exactly as presented on the site. It would be nice to know the country of origin of the product when placing an order.

Always fast service. For example, my latest order I placed on Sunday and received on Friday, shipping from the midwest to the west coast. And they have what I need at a reasonable price.
