I ordered hospital socks about 4 weeks ago..Your website said 'for shoe sizes 10-12..' I wear 10 1/2 so I ordered..When they came after 4 weeks..I couldn't get them over my ankle..?? Your description was totally misleading..I called and the helpful clerk said any returns ($8.00) would have to be paid by me...as per company policy..She said no one was avail to speak to me...This is totally unacceptable by any company that wants to do business, grow, and develop loyal customers...I worked in retail sales for about ten years..& we were told.. 'never to lose a customer.. you'll never get them back..and earn a profit from them..' ..I buy a fair amt. of medical stuff..but will never buy from you again...& will tell others about my experience.. reply if you think it's important... but I think we're in a very different culture today......Dave
