My product was shipped in a timely manner. I bought five rolls of Hospital tape totaling a little over $5 but was charged over $9 for shipping. Totally ridiculous that roll of tape could have gone into a padded envelope and sent to me for a couple of dollars. To have to pay double for first class shipping there was more paper in the box then there was product. I'm a senior on limited income but I needed the tape so I was between a rock and a hard place.

They always get my order to me in a very timely manner.
