Out-of-Date & / or Inaccurate; Misleading Product Information.
you should send something about me - the order which I recently placed is the first time I bet your website and it was the first time they ordered anything from you. I was attempting to put together (assemble) various of your products in an attempt to assemble something akin to a kit that would assist me with a residual problem from surgery - I'll to be gentle in my description of the problem as possible - but I was attempting to do was to put together a few things that I found very helpful in controlling an ever increasing challenge bed-wetting while I was in the hospital (Northwestern). For whatever reason (unknown to myself) as things turned out I had a very this positive experience with the Texas catheter. So what I was attempting to do - strictly from memory mind you - was to assemble a few of your products that might accomplish this goal that I had. Now the point of this whole story Rests entirely upon the conversation that I had with this young lady (your representative) this morning. one of the pieces of the puzzle that I had purchased was a reusable leg bag reference number 27 – 68007. I began to notice a few differences between what I had purchased & received in the mail and the drawing of the product on the reverse side of the packaging. for example on the reverse side of the packaging it says that there is a patented offset entry port it also says that there is the optional bottom outlet adapter with quick release shut off.. I began to notice several differences and as I question your representative about the differences I I felt like I was being taken to task over the issue because she kept reminding me that she was not the manufactured and that they have no control over what these guys print on their packaging to that I say baloney. If they can't get their advertising straight I wouldn't represent them.. I won't drone on any longer but you representative also reminded me that she was not a nurse and that she could not give the kind of information or counsel that I was seeking.. I didn't realize I was asking anything other than . common sense questions about the products that you offered. I won't drone on any longer - but I would hope that you people can tell the difference between a professional opinion and a personal recommendation. They're not the same. I'm not asking your people to be nurses or professionals but I am asking them for information about the products that they sell - which in my opinion they should be well-versed in.
