Correct quantities of everything I ordered arrived quickly; what's not to llike?

After reviewing your website and finding a product that I wanted to purchase. I placed an order with exmdsupply. Two days after placing the order did I receive and email with confirmation, and it said my order was confirmed. After clicking on a few links from the email did I find out that the items I purchased were back ordered and I would be waiting on them to get back in stock. After rereading the email did I knotice the comment that of an item wasn't in stock someone from Exmd would call to discuss other items that were in stock to see about substitution, but low and behold I still haven't received a call almost a week later. And since I live in Alaska it's hard to get off work before they close for the day to call them. Poor website and poor customer service.
