When in this business i would expect shipping to be a priority. The time it took to start the processes doubled the time to receive my item. When WE are unfortunate enough to need this equipment,We need it yesterday! The shipping should not be delayed four days because of company miscommunication.

Our carriers ( UPS, FEDEX and USPS) do not pick up on weekends. Your order shipped out on Tuesday 12-6-2016 and was delivered to your address on Thursday 12-8-2016. We would always advise customers that need product urgently to select next day or 2nd day delivery. Had you opted for next day delivery, your product would have arrived Tuesday 12-6-2016 instead of Thursday 12-8-2016. We apologize for not meeting your delivery time expectations. Great product and service
It was wonderful to find a source for a 4000ml catheter drainage bag. This enables a wife to sleep all night without worry about her husband's bag becoming too full. The bag is of good quality. Express Medical Supply ships promptly. I highly recommend them!
