Very helpful. I saw their website, sent an instant mess. late at night & the very next morning, early, I had a reply. I went to their website ordered what I needed & got the stuff next day just like they said I would. I did pay for next day as needed supplies fast but def. will be using them again if I need the supplies. It's supposed to be a short term use but if not, they'll have my business. Great people. Great company.

I've been purchasing from Express Medical Supplies for a few months now, and have found them to be both efficient and responsive. Efficient-- as in, they process and send orders out promptly. And responsive-- as in, I asked about some items that I did not see on their site (items I wished I could get). A very friendly member of their customer service team helped to find and order those items, and had them sent out to me. In addition, I have found Express Medical's prices to be very competitive. I am very pleased with this company thus far, and hope to continue to do business with them in 2017.

The products I received were great and I couldn't ask for better service. My shipment arrived a lot sooner than I expected as I really needed them. If I should need to keep using these items I will certainly order them from Express Medical Supply.

I placed my order and had it in no time. I have ordered from them before but forgot just what good customer service they had. Will order again.
