I had a spinal cord injury which was work-related. Medical Supply folks are local to where I live. They're always late and get me the wrong thing. I just went on a vacation and ordered from you got the exact thing I wanted in time for my vacation. My local supplier still hasn't delivered it, and I'm in Puerto Rico.

Express Medical called me to inform me they were short of stock on the item I ordered, got approval to send what they had and together we agreed they would not back order the remainder, but I would put in a new order when needed. Great customer service

Products took a long time in arriving I would think that for a 8.95 shipping charge they would have arrived sooner.. If products were available on Amazon or another shipper with less costly shipping I would shop- there my total order was a little over 30 dollars and that's not acceptable
