Excellent products and delivery.

Thank you for the feedback. You placed the order after 5 PM on New Yea's eve. Our office was closed an extra day that weekend and this caused some delays. Great customer service and fast delivery!
I personally use the "transpore" tape for all my hemming needs; it goes through washing and drying. It's difficult for me to sew anything now but I've been using the transpore tape for years. If you try it for that use alone, you'll stock up. Also their price for bandaids is so reasonable; the drugstores do a huge mark-up which is why I order from Express Medical Supply. I am a loyal customer and plan to be one for a long time!

Back ordered
Part of order was back ordered, was not notified when purchased. Not good. Almost ran out of supplies.

You should have been notified of this situation by e-mail a short time after placement of your order. We have heard from some customers that the messages sent from Express Medical Supply are routed to a spam or "holding" folder of their e-mail. Anytime a product is temporarily unavailable like this order and you are critically short of supplies, we ask that you call us so that we can suggest either an alternative Brand or alternative packaging.
