The quality of the product is great and the shipping was fast. I have ordered several times from them and alway the same great response.

I previously purchased my ostomy supplies from this site for over 15 year. However, I never needed the assistance of customer service with product selection because I knew what products I routinely purchased and had them saved in my favorites. If looking for something new, I simple did a search. However, recently I had revision surgery and needed assistance with locating new products. I spoke to a customer service representative on 2 separate occasions. Each time it was a horrible experience. The person I spoke with not only didn't seem familiar with ostomy products but they lacked patience and were rather short and rude. Thus, I decided to purchase the needed products from a different vendor. Apparently, ordering from this company is only wise if you don't need any help with product selection.

I was very pleased with the product, even thou it wasn't exactly what I ordered. But, I would order it again, fit my need!thanks

This rating is not for Express Medical Supply in general, from which I've received great service in the past, but for the timing of the sent email to give my opinion. I'm backordered for over a week and I receive the email. I don't have my order. How about waiting until after you send my order before asking me to rate it?
