Fast delivery, item as ordered. Problem was it didn't fit appliance from the doctor. Now waiting for response. Note that I feel the company acted efficiently and with good faith as order was completed in an extremely timely fashion. I would deal with them again without question.

The gloves tore open on a seam with a …
The gloves tore open on a seam with a couple of days of using them and the bag hangs to low and interferes with the wheels even after adjusting the straps.

Kevin, So sorry to hear that the gloves failed so quickly. Please accept our apology. Please give us a call and we can arrange to have to returned for replacement or credit. We do not manufacture the gloves, but we have had others returned in the past. Our CS phone is 800-633-2139 M-F 8:30-5:00 PM CST..The universal tote should be positioned inside the chair seat side and as such should not interfere with the chair wheels. You can also return the universal tote for evaluation, If you have all the original packing material and can reseal the tote zip-lock bag we may also refund or recommend a replacement for this item. We will have to evaluate the tote return before we can say for certain. It will need to be in "like-new " condition. I have ordered from Express Medical more than a few times. I am impressed by what supplies they have available Just about everything I need. They are helpful if I should need to call them. There prices can't be beat, if in need; try them!!
