6.5 months experience ordering apnea machine supplies. one time supplies were ordered but order not sent to shipping. Recently supplies ordered but not shipped because some supplies were not in inventory. No feedback. Is this a low budget mom and pop operation?

I had no problems with my order. It came quickly.

I purchased a case of enemas, compression socks, and bisacodyl suppositories. The packaging was horrible and the box that the socks were in was smashed and the suppositories were in a baggie with no instructions or information at all.

Delivery time was longer than i rxpected , but they had what i needed. Customer service is good.

On my 1st order, I paid for 2 day shipping....they held my order overnight & until after 2:00 p.m. the next prior to shipping. After pointing this out to them they did credit my account with the overcharge. I was disappointed by their 1st flippant response to my complaint. I will reuse because of their product selection.
