easy so far to order and get shipped..

Placed order on March 3. Received subsequent email stating that it shipped via FedEx Ground on 3/14/2023. No status updates for a couple weeks so I inquired about the order. I received a response saying you’ll be shipping orders within the next few days. It’s been over a month since I placed the order and was charged for the product but there is still no progress with the order.

Would have been a 5 but I thought it took to long to receive product. Tracking should be better.

I subscribed March 21 for four orders of your vape cart , a week went by , didn't receive my order , I emailed your company to ask where my product was ,someone from your customer support responded and said weather and supply chain issues were the cause and that my order would be shipping soon, well, here it is April 11th , I emailed customer support back to try and get an update about where my product is ,,if you hit the tracking # that's useless , doesn't tell me anything ,,,I called your companies customer support line no answer of course , I gotta tell ya , you need to do better. This isn't how you should treat a customer who just subscribed to pay 119 dollars a month , this is quite ridiculous, if I don't get my product soon or some kind of response from your company I'll have to report this charge as fraud to my bank and cancel my subscription with your company , please do better , this is ridiculous

I am actually giving a review for CBD gummies I ordered in March AND D9 gummies that I ordered in April. Both orders came to my P.O. box without any problems. They were very well packaged. I have found that the CBD gummies are just the thing for occasional bouts of insomnia. I would highly recommend them to anyone for this. I bought the Delta 9s as a birthday gift for a friend. He will share a few of them with me I am sure. They are a wonderful enhancement to life in general. Thank you!!
