I got a couple orders from this company in the past and was satisfied with the products and the shipping times. I am concerned however with the tons of negative comment regarding shipping taking forever and terrible customer service as well as not getting responses. Don’t know if the company got too ahead of themselves but it makes me a little leary about ordering from them again especially when my email is flooded with other companies.

I had talked to the company about canceling the subscription because I can't use the cartridges I have asthma and i cough to much with them (I was going to stick with gummies). They canceled the 1st order only and not the subscription so I just received a cartridge a month later. I sent an email and I still haven't gotten a response for this product I was charged for that I had canceled the month prior. Reply to Exhale: That was the whole reason for me contacting the company, to cancel the subscription. I was unable to use the product (like physically unable to ues the product.)

We were very pleased with the experience. It was very relaxing and I slept like a baby.

Still haven't received order over a month after ordering. Update: Emailed support to cancel order and was processed within a day. We'll see how long it takes to receive the refund.

I am very pleased with the fast delivery time of my order. I ordered the Dealta 8 gummy cubes the 50mg. 30ct. . This is my second order in fact. I'm currently on the auto reorder . They need to be upfront and honest about their shipping and processing times so people can make an informed decision. Also sending out the exact same form letter stating that they will “begin processing orders in a few days”after every order inquiry is unacceptable. I ordered products from other companies in the same zip code and they were processed and shipped within 2 days and delivered within 4 so not sure what they are doing wrong and it’s also unacceptable to charge customers credit cards when they take the order and sit on our money rather than when products ship like most reliable companies do.this caused me to run out of product and I would have used my money to purchase from a company that can deliver promptly.

no one alive to answer any questions about products. reviews i have seen is terrible slow shipping an sometimes nothing received .Totally new to this company , I was going to buy something but not with this bunch . will move on somewhere else . I guess they dont seem to care . But Losing money not a good thing for a Business.
