Exercise.comReviews of exercise.com

We had a fantastic experience working with Wheskie on the development of our app, NeuroWerks Intensive Training. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and incredibly well-managed. Wheskie, who led our project, was outstanding — fast, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. Every request or question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The app looks great, functions exactly as we hoped, and reflects the quality and professionalism we were aiming for. If you're looking for a team that’s reliable, responsive, and truly skilled at what they do, I highly recommend Wheskie. We're so grateful for their support in bringing our vision to life!

I have used exercise.com for over a year. Overall it’s similar to other companies. I’ve been in the coaching space for a decade. We have 2 locations and on online option as well. I wanted to get an app that could handle all of it and be white labeled. Overall they do the same as all the other apps, but their customer service is terrible. I have now had the same error happen for over 2.5 months. Screen shots and tickets to prove it. Communication is minimal, and sometimes they won’t get back to me for over a week. The fix still hasn’t happened (error with my online athletes submitting assessments) and now I have to pay another coaching app just to accept assessments. Mainly because athletes who paid us couldn’t start their training, because they couldn’t submit anything and our staff couldn’t see it. So they requested refunds, as they should. (6k total so far) I’m still left in the wind not knowing anything about the fix. I emailed continuously and at this point I’m honestly just hoping they see this review and actually help their customer.

The software suite is so well thought-out, and the customer service is excellent. We researched other solutions when opening our gym, and none came close. I would recommend the team at exercise.com to anyone looking to build your fitness empire.

Great service with constant available help and coordination. A ton of great features for scaling and the success team working with me is pro-active and highly responsive. Highly recommend!

Wheskie was great in helping build and launch my apps. They were attentive and listened to what I wanted and needed out of the app. Great experience.

Quick response when there were no technical issues.

They have been nothing but patient and helpful from the first information call to the continued support along the way. I literally have nothing negative to say about my experience so far. Layne in particular has been amazing and so sweet to work with! She's always able to help!

It’s very easy to get in touch with support and our onboarding team. It’s been a much better experience than with our last management software company.
