ExecuCarReviews of execucar.com

We arrived early, but our driver accommodated our new schedule. He was pleasant to speak with a quite informative. Great experience!

The driver was helpful friendly & professional. The price was reasonable and it was great to count on them for a late night pickup.

Communication is very good. Driver was very nice, spotless vehicle, safe driver. Very friendly, made us feel.at home.

I used this company to book a ride to and from the airport for spring break for my kids and I. It was a week-long trip, we had a lot of luggage, and our flights were both either very early in the AM or late at night, so I didn't want to worry about trying to find an Uber. Big mistake. The ride TO the airport was fine. But our ride home from the airport (at midnight) got cancelled DURING OUR FLIGHT HOME. Even though the company texted me the day before to confirm that our ride was all arranged, I landed to find an email from them saying that our ride was cancelled. My kids and I were stranded at the airport at midnight with all our luggage, after a very long day of traveling. I will never use this company again. Avoid them at all costs. Here's the email I got from them: Hello Ms. Chaney, We are reaching out to you to notify you that we have been unable to secure a vehicle to pick you up this evening at Bush Intercontinental Airport. We apologize for the inconvenience and understand that you are arriving soon. Please check in with the Information Desk at the airport for the transportation options available to get you to your destination. We will, of course, process a refund immediately. Like others I failed to check reviews in advance as I needed a ride from the airport.. should have just used ride share. Paid extra for a more expensive service than what was provided - my confirmation made it seem something equivalent to an Escalade would be my transport but instead it was just the bog standard zTrip minivan. The guy didn't even get the same instructions as me and was unaware of where he was supposed to be picking me up. Was forced to pay 18% gratuity at the more expensive rate than a standard zTrip van. Literal scam / bait & switch.

Shame on me for not checking reviews before booking through execucar. They do not vett their drivers. Horrible service, driver 1 hour late, lectured us, and when challenged via my paperwork in my hand, threatened to drop us off in the middle of the road. Always check reviews before hiring. Will not ever use them again!

Wish I had read reviews ahead of time but we were traveling very last minute. Do not use ExecuCar by Super Shuttle Express. They canceled with no explanation hours before our flight landed. We had to scramble to find alternative transportation. Very unprofessional. They had 5 days to honor the reservation. We receive an email from Josh Haynes telling us to seek other means of transportation.

Our driver was fine to start with until it was time to drop us off. He asked for a tip even though I stated it had been prepaid during the booking, he said no and wanted $20. He also claimed he had to wait an hour for us which isn't true as he messaged me as soon as I flight landed and told me to text once we were in zone 20A and he would then leave to collect us. Which is exactly what happened. He also claimed he picked up someone who has a similar first name to my last name so took him half way until they both realised they had it wrong. So we had to wait extra for him to return. None of that was our fault. Very disappointed.
