For the 3rd Time, My ride has NOT SHOWN UP to take me to the Airport! I use this service every weekend this year, flying home, then flying back out. So this last time, i had a 2 week trip to California, so as i wait for them to arrive and call, they say they're sending someone, i wait, I wait, i call the driver and he says he's coming in 2 hours....? what? wrong again! So i now have to jump in my car and drive like hell to the airport, running to my flight. i have to park at the airport...for 2 weeks. then i have to drive the long drive home after being on a plane and airports for 13 hours, after working. Their idea is to pay me for the parking - MINUS the ExecuCar Fee...!? But you didn't show up, you didn't drive me anywhere, why should i pay for a service i did not recieve!? I didn't want to park, or drive or leave my car in a parking deck for 2 weeks. My parking should be returned 100% and i should not have to pay for a service YOU DID NOT PROVIDE. and guess what Hung T. Customer Care Case Manager - I will not be. IF you can't be present to pick people up, then you're not doing you're business or your customer's right. So keep your $68.00 and i'll keep the $160 i've been paying you every weekend..you do the math!

Without question THE worst company I have ever sadly experienced in my career; 14yrs to date in private aviation, 12yrs prior in motosport and aside from making my wife and I and our 15mth old daughter wait for 1hr after landing...and speaking with nothing but useless phone advisors. A poor guy turns up in a completely wrong car! A sedan when I prepaid for PURPOSELY an executive SUV for space AND A CHILD SEAT!!! The sedan didn't have one. DO NOT USE THIS SET UP.

Do Not Use!!! Awful. No show. No live person to speak with. Require email communications for service issues. Convenient for them- deplorable customer service for us. Now am told they have 7 days to respond. Outrageous- book elsewhere- NOT with this company!!

Part of Supershuttle in the US Execucar are supposed to provide an executive car service. We booked and paid a month in advance for our car, they give you a number to call which of course is not free on foreign phones. After listening for ages to garbage about their new app. We were finally told that "sorry its been a very busy day, we don't have a car for you" Execucar left us stranded at Los Angeles airport. We had to sort ourselves out an alternative transfer. There are plenty of OTHER companies that will pick you up and drop you off RELIABLY. Don't go to the US after a long flight only to be basically given the finger. Check Facebook and other sites for other similar stories. Execucar were utterly useless. AVOID AVOID AVOID 0/10 rating.
